First of all they never answer the phone, even when they aren't busy and I called them for an hour straight wondering where my food was. This is ridiculous!! Half the time the phone would only ring once forcing me to believe that they were making the call end early, what is this someones personal phone? I thought this was a professional business. I'm so glad I opted to pay upon delivery because I would have been scammed. Also the entire time you're watching the tracker for this restaurant it says that the food is still being prepped. Not once does it change, so you never know when the food gets done. I've never had this issue with dominos before. This store has the worst customer service ever and I'm warning you not to order here unless you pick it up.November 11, 2016
